Description

Unobtrusive unless calling, the male and female differs completely. The male is glossy black with a yellow gape and some males have a yellow wrist patch. The female is yellowish-olive above, white below, with both areas finely barred in black. The tail and wing feathers are edged bright yellow. Uncommon winter visitor.
