Description

A very small grey to blue-grey bird with a rufous crown, indistinct buff eye-ring and short tail which is constantly flicked sideways. It forages low down in undergrowth or on the ground, hopping jerkily. When alarmed it flies up to perch, flicking the tail and giving an alarm call. Common resident.
