Description

Plants 35-65cm high. Stems wiry. Flower stem angled between flowers. Leaves linear to sword-shaped. Flowers mostly 4-12 per spike, congested, pink, mauve or white with darker streaks, with a light musky scent. Tepals spreading, 10-16mm long. From: Greek: ixos - mistletoe, birdlime: viscous sap
