Description

A large, mainly white Ibis with black head, neck and plume-like feathers on back when wings folded. It has a long, de-curved bill. In flight wings white with black edge. Seen at Kleinrivier Lagoon bird-hide, inland waters, cultivated lands and sewage works. Common resident.
