Seasonally wet flats and rock crevices in a variety of soils

Description

Plants are 4-15 cm high; stem wiry and coiled in lower part; bulb small and globose with a slender neck; leaves 4-6 spreading, sometimes curled, filiform, about 1mm wide, shiny green; flowers 1-4, white to pale pink, often with a greenish centre.
