Description

Tuberous rooted perennial with a clump of semi-cylindrical fleshy leaves from the base. Unbranched flowering stem grows to 60cm. Flowers 6-9mm in diameter with bearded stamens, emerging from papery bracts with jagged edges. From Latin: bulbus, an onion or bulb. lagopus = harefooted
