Description

Plants 20-30cm high. Corm tunics of gray to brown, netted fibres. Leaf single, linear, channeled, trailing above. Flowers dull maroon or violet, sometimes the tepal edges with yellow to orange, usually fetid smelling, enclosed by green, attenuate spathes. Tepals unequal, the outer larger with claws, inner tepal limbs fairly short, sometimes trilobed.
