Description

Plants 20-50cm high. Corm tunics of soft, brown, more or less fibrous layers. Stem unbranched, sometimes sticky. The single leaf is longer than the stem, terete, often rigid. Flowers intensely bright yellow, with two black-dotted nectar guides, sweet vanilla scent. Tepals unequal, the outer 38-50mm long, limbs spreading, inner tepals erect.
