Description

An erect to drooping shrub growing to 3 m tall with such small scale-like leaves that the willowy branches appear leafless. The sweet-scented, blue and white flowers (ca. 15 mm long) are borne towards the ends of the branches. This plant is characteristic of marshy habitats and streamsides.
