Description

Plants 5-20cm high. Corm with a prominent neck of hard straight, tightly clustered, light brown fibres. Leaves 3-5, erect, 1-2mm wide, leathery, base usually surrounded by a long sheath, margins smooth. Flowers one per flowering stalk, yellow with a green reverse. Bract single, green, tightly sheathing the pedicel.
